About CWC Founder and Principal Consultant, Christopher Grygo:

Chris is an organizational psychologist who helps start-ups reach maturity, and enterprises build innovation. He works with individual leaders, boards of directors, and department teams in multiple industries to realize their fullest impact and success. In addition to his Masters degree, Chris is certified in conflict resolution, the Center for Creative Leadership's 360° Assessment instruments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I).
